As the restaurant chain
increased the number of restaurants within the
group, the manual data entry processes for the
head office accounting solution were taking 40%
of one staff member’s time. The chain’s
financial director could see that an automated
interface to update the data from the
restaurants’ EPOS terminals to the accountancy
system would free at least two days per week.
This time could be allocated to more productive
management accountancy & analysis tasks to

They already had estimates
