We do not capture or store any credit
card information you use to purchase from our site. All
payment transactions are carried out independently on the
PayPal website. PayPal informs us after the purchase is
successfully completed.

We use appropriate security measures to
protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data
used by our system.

Act?
Gain Time IT is registered under the
Data Protection Act 1998 via Edgescale Ltd our parent
company.

about me?
At any time you can request us to send
a report of all data we hold about you within our
database. Please request this by completing the

Customer Support
Form. There may be a
small charge of £10 to provide this information to
you.

email?
Our email marketing is permission
based. If you received an email from us this means that
our records show either you:

us?
Each email sent contains an easy,
automated way for you to cease receiving email from us.
If you wish to do this, simply follow the Unsubscribe
links at the end of any email.

We will never share, sell, or rent

law. Only employees of Gain Time IT will be able to view
your information for contacting you or sending you emails
based on your request for information. Any third party
contracted service may also have access to your
information for the purposes of providing our
communications with you.
Use of Web
Beacons
When we send you emails, we may include
a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of
people who open our emails. When you click on a link in
an email, we may record this individual response to allow
us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect
only limited information, such as a cookie identifier,
time and date of a page being viewed, and a description
of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the
URL).
Web Beacons can be refused when
delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons
via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML
(select Text only) emails via your email
software.
